Our experienced building team will provide you with professional advice throughout the process, from buying the right block of land to site orientation. Our inhouse design team can customise one of our existing designs or start from scratch, to create a home with an optimal blend of function, efficiency and style.
No, unfortunately, we do not build homes based on third party plans. However, we do have an extensive range of home designs that we can tailor to your requirements, or create your very own individual design. We have an inhouse design team and architect that can work with you to design a custom home that meets and exceeds your expectations.
I think we might be the first couple that actually enjoyed the building process. Any problems that arose were dealt with promptly and with transparency and honesty (again words that you don't usually associate with builders!). The quality of Malishev's work is simply described as the best! We got to know many of their tradespeople, many are who second-generation tradies working with the Malishev family for over 30 years.

I used Malishev Homes for our vacation home in Geelong - even while living in California! They made the process simple and painless and once I got back over there I was beyond amazed! They remodeled our entire backyard ~7200 sqft. We added a pool with flagstone installed throughout. They added 3 waterfalls w/ fire, an amazing spa, a massive BBQ area and a separate firepit. Great pricing as well! Thank you Nathan and team and we look forward to working with you on our other investment properties in the area!
