Great customer service from the time I drove in until I left. Staff member Dave was fantastic and his knowledge helped myself and my partner out a lot with our new home. Every detail was attended too and he showed us everything we needed, no rushing and unbelievable polite. We will be back again in the near future.

Rang as a domestic customer using the number from from the build4less website. Asked if I could get help on some estimates but "Wayne" hung on me instead. A simple " sorry we don't do that" etc would have been sufficient and accepted. But plain hanging up on someone is just uncalled for. Pretty poor from Wayne.

A loyal customer, have been using them very regularly over the years. Recently I ordered some decking at the time it was in stock, but come the due delivery date they call me to tell me it's out of stock. I ended up having words with the manager they resolved the issue by getting material from their other branch. Last week I ordered more material, delivery was due today, no word, they don't answer the phone. I call up and see why material for two jobs hadn't arrived, apparently the 3x2 was really bad they sent it back so my order is on hold until it arrives in. So I had to inform my clients, making
