Ben Mcmanus is a great sales rep in ross north! He is super patient with us. He didn't push us to sign the contract but he was listening to us/understanding our needs. They have plenty of options to choose from and their upgrades are super cheaper than most of other builders. :)

Our Ross North home was built in 2005 by the previous owners and we've owned it since 2014. A week ago I enquired about a possible issue with storm water piping and was put through to maintenance manager, Lisa. After examining photos, Lisa arranged for their tradesmen to be there first thing Friday to fix the problem. Not what I was looking for or expecting and we are amazed that we received this service 16 years after the house was completed. I doubt many other builders back their product in this way.

We went to see many different builders but could not make decision until we met Bradley.He was very patient and understanding our needs including budget, time frame , quality materials ... Rossnorth Team are very dedicated, patient , understanding and professional from the beginning to the end. They always kept us calm and not stressed. I haven’t built with ross north personally but they are currently building a house next to me. There brick layer threw a trowel over the fence and ripped me aluminium fly screen and scratch my window. So when confronted to get it fixed both the brick layer and site supervisor by the name of Ivon tried to get me to use my insurance for there muck so had to take it further. About month after it got fixed now I find out that same contractor had been using my water while not home so now have a decent bill. Other all I would not recommend Ross north to anyone as it has been such an unpleasant experience

This was our first building experience and we wanted to go with a quality and reputable Builder as we have heard many horror stories. We visited a lot of display homes and read a lot of online reviews and ended up deciding on Ross North Homes due to the positive feedback we read online and good things we had heard about them. It was smooth sailing from the commencement for us and we had little issues throughout the building process.
