We got our windows a few years ago now, but I'm moved to write now because I've just had Jason over to make a minor adjustment and both impressed by his responsiveness and it's had be reflecting on the value of the windows and doors we've gotten. Ours are the tilt and turn, white PVC frames.
Since installation we've had multiple tradesmen in and out for other renovations and all have commented on the look and quality of the windows and doors. They've kept us comfortable and saved us money to a level we hadn't expected.
And a big bonus that we hadn't even considered is the sound insulation. We

We recently had the windows in our 1970s home replaced. We are very happy with the product and the improvement in heating our house is remarkable - even without having any curtains or windows covering in the short term. It has certainly lifted the house and made it feel more modern. I agree with previous reviews on Harvey and his team working tirelessly to complete the job within the timeframe that was agreed at the beginning. They were very polite and courteous and easy to deal with.

From ordering, to installation the whole process went smoothly and Karen always kept us up to date! Jason kept it simple and always happy to answer any of my many questions and design changes.." I was happy to have Jason’s team in my house and they did a super job. They cleaned up nicely when they finished and I would be happy to have them again when I do more windows next year. Jason and his team were a pleasure to work with. We replaced all of the windows and doors in our 36 year old home and are thrilled with the result.
We were kept informed of the schedule at all times and Harvey and his team worked long hours to ensure our windows were finished to a very high standard. Having workmen in your home for a week was made so much easier by their polite easy nature.

The results are outstanding!! Having lived with paper-thin windows for what feels like a lifetime, the difference in our new windows is remarkable. Our home is so much warmer and we can't wait to see the difference in summer. Karen and Jason are both fantastic - such great people to deal with. Always so pleasant and so helpful, not too mention knowledgeable. They stand by their products and it shows. On the day of installation Darren made things look like a piece of cake. Although our windows were ordered and installed by a company Jason used to work at, not Architech Windows where he now works, he very kindly came and fixed a couple of loose bits and pieces for free, refusing our payment. Great service with a smile, and wonderful windows. Thanks Jason and the Architech team!

Fantastic experience! We have an awkwardly shaped bay window and Jason and his team were great from start to finish with professional service and spot-on advice to help us make decisions about what would suit best. They were punctual, professional, and completed the work beautifully. Having used one other Canberra company for double glazing before I cannot recommend Architech Windows highly enough.

Jason is very friendly and professional. Our aim was to replace every window and door in our 2007 built home. But with his advice, we achieved an outcome that was within budget and expectations. His installers are very professional, and clean up after themselves! Bloody amazing! Our double glazed windows worked well in winter, and with Summer starting soon, we have high hopes that our home is now properly insulated, looks great, and is now comfortable to live in all year round. Without running a high heating and cooling bills.
