We recently fitted Laros windows to part of our older home. The change in acoustic and thermal values was instant. We have been able to lower the the central heating by one degree and we are still warmer than ever before. Parts of the house that previously dropped to 12C overnight now go no lower than 16C. Retro fitting the windows into our home was not easy but the installers did a great job by taking care and paying attention to detail. They were a pleasure to have on our property.

The team at Laros have been a huge support. I have bought the Dopfner triple glazed windows for the whole house, along with air extraction system, and now an ERV...and each team member has been extremely supportive. I am an owner-builder, and no matter how many questions I had the team were always prompt and technically in the know to support our renovation...and I’m in Melbourne, so all our communication was done by email and phone. For example, the Dopfner windows we ordered...we didn’t go to the Laros showroom in the ACT to see them, and relied on the detailed schematics and communication

The Laros team really know their product. Our consultant understood our needs very well and saw the project through from the initial quote to retrofit all our windows and doors to the end of the installation. We live near a busy road and the triple glazing means we no longer hear any traffic noise. The design of the windows lets in more light, we use less gas heating and the look of our home is more modern. Our consultant also worked closely with our builder who did a superb job on the installation, with top-notch finishes inside and out.

I purchased a Sanden Heat Pump hot water system from Laros. I did not know much about heat pumps so needed a lot of advice. I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff who helped me through the entire process - from the initial enquiry right through to the installation. Everything went so smoothly. I used one of their recommended plumbers (Tim O'Shea) who did excellent work and tidied up afterwards.
The Sanden has now been installed for nearly 6 weeks and we are very happy with our choice. The heat pump is installed immediately under the bathroom window (always closed), and when it is operating
