Master planning is about making the connection between buildings, social setting and their surrounding environments. A masterplan is a dynamic long-term document that provides conceptual layouts to guide future growth and development prospects. A master plan includes analysis, recommendations and proposals for a site's populations, economy, transportation, community facilities and best purpose land use.
A concept design can be described as the process of developing a design strategy, or more simply put, the process of developing a solution to a problem. This could include site conditions, aesthetics, local character, functionality and most importantly meeting budget constraints. This involves talking to the client, gaining an understanding of their needs, their concerns, and the problems they need solved.
Tender and Construction documentation are some of the most important documents which construction companies and project/asset owners deal with because they dictate who is going to be delivering what projects - which has a direct impact on all of the stakeholders. Preparing tender documents can be a project in itself and reconciling and making procurement decisions can be quite the effort for asset owners and operators as well.
Our Project Management team is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. This is a senior role our organisation and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.
