Genuine Building Services (GBS) was started by Peter Ginns in 2007. He started working as a Carpenter in 1992 and it was a natrural progression for him to become a builder. The business was started to supply a genuine approach to building (hence the name of the company) and to build trust with both clients and subcontractors.
Genuine Building Services does renovations, additions, extensions and new builds up to $1.4m to residential properties in the Ryde area, Inner West, and lower to mid North Shore.
