Super Demolition's quote was competitive and as stated there were "no hidden costs". Certification and approvals for council were all taken care of. The demolition crew were extremely approachable and professional. Very skilled hydraulic excavator operator and ground crew who left the site smooth and ready for building.

I’m building with Lily homes and they recommended Super Demolition. I found Jacks quote to be very reasonable and his no extra charges contract clause really pleasing as it gave me peace of mind that the cost was the cost. I’ve been stung before with another demolisher asking for more money after the job started because they found this or that.
Jack helped organize all the required consents through a private certifier which saved time and money and was essentially hassle free.
When it came to the actual demolition Jack started the job on time and finished on time as mine was a largish job

I recently engaged Jack to demolish our house and clear our site in the Sutherland Shire. Jack and his team did an excellent job, and were careful to ensure that all asbestos on the site was removed and disposed of carefully, and that any existing footings in the ground were removed also.

I am in the process of knocking down my old home and building my new Allcastle home. You will not be disappointed he was very professional and reliable, no delays and did everything i asked right the first time, as you can see from the picture they left my left my block very level as my builder requested and removed all materials

Jack and his work team was very helpful to demolish my house and completed the job within 4 days. I very surprise the job which can be finished so fast. My wife and me was worry due to Christmas coming soon and a lot of company will slow down activity or close. Super Demolish was so fast to complete and understand customer voice and no any hidden cost. I was worry before, I cannot pass my land to Allcastle builder before Christmas but now I just seat back and relax.
