Before commencing demolition, it is necessary to disconnect any services that are connected to the building or home. We ensure there are no problems before commencing the project, by setting the site up and disconnecting all services. Our experienced staff can handle any sort of Service Disconnection.
Tree Removal is an additional service we can provide with the demolition of your structure on your site. The removal of trees is subject to Council Approval and before commencement of any demolition. We can provide you with an accurate assessment of any trees that are of concern to you and determine if they are unstable, diseased or a danger, and need to be removed.

I would highly recommend Anesti Excavation and Demolition. The entire process was made easy for us, everything was taken care of - the communication was clear and consistent throughout the process, and the scheduling before we moved out was very helpful. The knock down was conducted professionally and efficiently and we could start our build immediately!

Failed to demolish property in accordance to NSW Health and Demolition policies and procedures must have thought he was demolishing in a non-residential area. Failed to place plastic near surrounding neighbours, water not used to control dust, mess left in nearby neighbouring houses, when contacted advised "you are just jealous from the neighbour , your house is old". When asked to clean up after his work stated "the work is not finished yet". Very rude, unprofessional and would not recommend his services to anyone demolishing or building in the area.
