High end kitchen goods; currently not open 7 days a week. Due to their own or larger supply chain issues, a thinner stock situation. I recommend calling first if you are looking for specific items.

I was a regular customer of this establishment, normally spending $300 plus, every time I shop.
Today I entered the store wearing a face shield, I cannot wear a mask, and an associate approached me and told me that I could not be in the store wearing a shield in a unfriendly manner. I called and spoke to Ari who didn't seem to care about the manner in which a customer was treated.
Congratulations, you have lost a customer!!!

It's not a very welcoming shopping experience. Among two times of my visiting, even I had eye contact with staff while I was walking in the store, they simply turn away their heads. But a couple walking behind me got huge welcome greeting. In the combined total ~30 minutes in store, I observe 10+ white folks waling into the store receive very warm welcome greeting but none of color customers (5+) were greeted. Ironically, the plate hung on a side door writing black live matters.
Poor business practice. Most of products here are tagged the store-own price sticker on top of the original one which

Good selection of kitchen equipment. Staff are very helpful, will check if an item is on hand whenever I call. I cook a lot, so this store is a huge resource.

I love coming here ! They have a good selection in the back of the store for the clearance section. Sometimes they have 50% -75% on items. I love buying table cloths or kitchen supplies from here. The staff is amazing very friendly and helpful. I come here regularly with my dog and she gets treats. This place is pet friendly. I would recommend coming here.

Amazing shop. I've been to kitchen appliances shops around the world and for sure this is my favourite. Not only it has a large variety of products, but a very tasteful selection is different versions of the same thing. Also, the staff is incredible and the playlist is always pleasant. Last but not least, their library has wonderful cooking books!!
