Stay clear! Absolute scammers. They sent a guy out who quoted me $1600 to ‘inspect’ a gas leak that didn’t exist. Left the house and didn’t even turn the gas off despite the so called leak. He then said it would cost more to fix the leak once they found the issue. To fit a new gas boiler he quoted me $5k. So all up it would have set me back $6,600 minimum. Contacted Rheem direct, guy came out today, quote through, $1800 to fit a brand new boiler. These guys pray on stupid people, don’t be one of them and go elsewhere!

I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE ZERO STARS
My 10L continuous running hot water unit needed to be replaced.
Called Smith's plumbing and they sent Plumbcorp for the job, why?
Because plumbcorop hide their rip off prices behind Smith's name.
A yung guy (I believe on drugs) came on site to quote.
THE QUOTE FOR THE REPLACEMENT WAS $6450.00 + GST
I said the quote was crazy.
They guy told me it cost him $3500 to purchase the new heater.
I went down the road to Reece plumbing and got it myself for $2420 (rinnai brand, the best).
I called another plumber got it install for $500
SCAMMERS, STAY AWAY THEY DON

The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly . They helped us choose each and every product with careful consideration to what would go where and what matched. The girls provided us with accurate and sufficient information regarding all products that we were interested in. After all the products were installed our house looked like a million bucks.
