Contacted via email and promptly booked service. The locksmith arrived on time, and sent a message to confirm he was on schedule 25 minutes before arriving. He was able to fix one lock instead of needing to replace it, saving me some money, and performed the rest of the work he said he would do for the price he said he would do it. Locksmith was professional and courteous and the hardware seems to be good quality. Happy to recommend.

Locked myself outside the house. Chris arrived within 20 minutes and rescued us. Even helped us to take out the entire door lock and ensure we've found the right keys to unlock the doors. Very good service and very professional.

Response to my email inquiry was within half an hour andthe service was on time, professionally delivered, as quoted, and when some other minor issues were identified very reasonable solutions were provided. Even with all this, quote was cheaper than others I inquired with.

After emailing another locksmiths twice with no reply, I emailed Chris saying my requirement was urgent and he called me within the hour offering to arrange something immediately. Magnus was the definition of customer service when he came out to do the job - as well as doing two keys + a spare molding on the spot, he replaced the battery on my remote and got me back on the road immediately. Outstanding service, highly recommend
