SAS Locksmiths have just performed a full key audit and replacement for our 4-building business. Steve and Steve at Head Office were both incredibly professional, responsive and helpful - they even dealt with other external suppliers for me to help get the best outcome for my business. Casey, who performed our install, was exceptionally professional when on-site, very thorough and made a point to ensure the job was finished to completion. 100% recommend using SAS Locksmiths.

Went into SAS Locksmiths in Leederville this week, and I have never been so disgusted with service like I received here.
These guys only care about how much money they are going to make out of a job, then genuinely caring about there customers.
Would not recommend these guys to anyone.
I had to give 1 star but to be honest they are not even worthy of that.

Caught in a bind and needed two sets of locks keyed alike in a real hurry.
Drew was outstanding and had them completed ready to go by the time I got to the shop... really would have been in hole without Drew going above and beyond to ensure I had the locks, outstanding customer service......

I had S.A.S Locksmiths out to install an electronic door lock and rekey some other locks in my house. The technician was very helpful, polite, knowledgeable and even cleaned up after himself! I was very impressed with the quality of the work, communication from the office from quote through to booking. Couldn't recommend the service highly enough.

These are the best locksmiths in Perth.
I visited SAS at their store after having had great service on a previous visit to a property. Drew was able to go through the situation I had and suggest a number of possibilities to me for replacement locks, cylinders and/or door furniture. After the visit Drew and I were able to come up with the best solution via email which was very convenient for both sides. Once that was done the required parts only took a day or two to arrive for collection with re-keying for all of the cylinders being super quick.
Top marks to Drew and SAS for a second time.
