Warranty Report

5. Before raising umbrella, the canopy must by unwrapped from around the arms to assist with opening. Partially raise the umbrella by turning the winding handle clockwise, stopping at a point where you able to reach under and remove packaging material from framework. For tilting of the umbrella, place the tilt pin in the desired hole, before raising the umbrella.

Useless umbrella. Any amount of wind it swings away from its position. I've used the lock pin and tightened it. I feel so disappointed to have spent around $4000 on something we can't use. Definitely not rated to the wind rating it claims. I was also promised a stainless steel base but received galvanised steel. I guess they think their customers don't know the difference.

We purchased an electric awning, good installation instruction, and excellent communication about “how to Install” prior to us purchasing it. We did have to get an electrician out to install a PowerPoint. It was well worth doing as the remote control open and close function is fantastic.

We have tried numerous Umbrella’s in the past, which lasted a couple of years when looked after. We built our first home and invested in a Cantilever Umbrella from Boss Shade. They do seem expensive initially. However, these are strong and excellent long-term investments.
