Shawn is a trade qualified boilermaker with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry.

Had a pair of shades installed at my shop and found that the product is not durable what so ever. Had constant problems with shades and hardware falling apart and after contacting company found they were to busy to repair my shades. I guess once I paid the 5000.00 for the product I was on my own. Worst customer service ever, made many attempts to contact but to no avail. Should have just flushed 5g down the toilet.

Gorgeous!! Amazing!! Beautiful!! The shade umbrella is just perfect. It adds to our playground's aesthetic beauty. Child Care Licensing really liked it. I'll get another one whenever we expand the playground. Creative Shade Solutions was the most reasonably priced vendor by far and they got it delivered in a timely manner. After researching companies for a sun shade install quote, we found this company. I called to set up a visit for a quote and was presented by the women who answered the phone with odd questions like, “what do you want? And “how big?” The reason we want someone to visit is to help us answer these sorts of questions. She was unprofessional and unhelpful. She took my contact info and said someone would call back to set up an appointment, a week ago, and we never heard anything back. So, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

Werner and his crew where the most professional people I have had the pleasure of working with.
Start to finish perfection and they kept our area spotless during the install.
We Love our incredible sun shade and the canopy provides shade for 7 vehicles.

Creative Shade Solutions completed the canopy at our elementary school! This is our second canopy done by them and it looks wonderful. They have been so kind and generous to our school. We did a commercial project with Creative Shade Solutions to cover about 10 parking spots less than a year ago. They were OK to work with through installation, but service after the sale is atrocious. We reported paint flaking off and rust 6 weeks ago and they never came out to inspect or address the issue. We asked them again today, and Werner responded with "It seems that you are just letting it go ... spray some old galv on it until we can fix it. Do something about it !!! " Excuse me? So I understand, your product is defective, it's well within the warranty period, and you want me to "do something
