Booked a service call for my garage door. Technician arrived and spent 10 minutes and told me the motor was dead and needed replacing at a cost at $580. I was charged $120 for his 10 minute visit.
After he left I decided to have a better look at the unit and found the motor had some gunk on it, I cleaned it myself and the door now works perfectly. I'm disappointed the so called "expert" wasn't able to check this out on the service call. I've asked for a refund of the call out fee but the company has ignored my request and failed to call me back.

They removed my roller door to install a motor and have dropped and damaged my garage roller door and also cut a hole into it with an angle grinder by accident. They have denied that they did it and have been saying it was already damaged. It's been a few days now and I'm still fighting with them to take responsibility and replace the damaged roller door.
Stay away from these guys if you care about your home.
