Value Garage Doors

(Although this occurred the 1st week of the new year, this company advertised that they were open and trading)
I was referred to these guys by B&D. Sent them message and the responded within a few minutes confirming they could undertake emergency repair the next day. Sent a number messages the next day to confirm their timing and finally got a message saying they would be a day late. Sent 3 further messages the next day confirming their status and timing (my car was stuck in the garage) and got no responses throughout the day. Left a number of messages on the mobile phone.

Quoted over 1.5 grand to replace a sliding gate motor. Other company came and repaired the old motor for a quarter of the cost! Not really "Value" is it?

Great communication and job by the team, we had bit of a complex job with a carport conversion and they were able to come up with options that other businesses couldn’t. Very happy with the job!

Terrible company. They never turn up when they say they will. We've wasted 3 days this week waiting at home for them. They were supposed to come out to service the doors 3 years ago after fixing them but never turned up. Over chasing them. They obviously don't care about local repair jobs or maintenance work.

Very quick to inspect for quote ,not so quick to email quote or return phone call.
Once quote accepted , door was ordered ,two week wait for door from BND and installed same day as delivered .Installer very friendly and capable ,no fuss ,no mess,.Considering Value was my cheapest quote out of 4 others I can definitely recommend this company.

I've been in contact with these guys a few times and they've always been courteous, prompt, and offered good value for money. I've used another provider in the area, but will be sticking with these guys after that experience.

Made a booking for this company to come out. All seemed friendly and fine on the phone. Did not show up at the agreed time nor call to advise a change in the appointment. I spent two days calling and leaving messages, but noone would answer the phone or return my calls. Don't bother trying to use this service they clearly don't want business.
