They were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond than what i had expected especially when i told Joe my husband was trying to install the tap ware . I would definitely recommend this company . I encountered Tap and Sink when trying to source Meir tapware for my apartment renovation during Covid lockdowns and all showrooms etc were closed. Julie and her team were kind enough to send samples so I could "look and feel" and was very competitive on price. Now installed not only are they stunning looking but exactly the functionality I wanted.

As a premium builder I need quality of service in terms of stock and delivery times. Julia and her team went above and beyond to achieve this and even returning a surplus WC suite was not an issue. They tried to make my life as hassle-free as possible. Simple right? In these Wuhan-Covid virus nonsense times, when almost every company is ad-screaming that they are 'here to help'...but in actual fact delivering the worst service ever; Tap & Sink just delivered.
