Excellent service from Ron and Dave for advice on a mechanical gate lock and digital front door lock. I subsequently opted to go with the Dahua Digital Smart lock after Dave's recommendation, which he fitted today. Very happy with the installation and functionality. Exceptional customer service. A simple lock enquiry was treated in a very responsive and professional manner.

I had an issue with my vehicle where the battery had completely died therefore causing neither one of my car keys to work due to a security feature. Long story short I got my car towed to Precision Locksmith & Door where I received immediate assistance with my car. One of the issues was I needed a new battery so they offered to drive me up the road to Autozone and back. The other issue was tricky to figure out, but even still Jacob and Madison continued to try everything they knew on the car finally figuring it out! Saving me bunches of money and another tow somewhere else they spent time to figure

Today we had Glen from Precision Locksmith, re-key all of our locks, install thumblatch deadbolts where we had keyed deadbolts, and replace tarnished and worn door knobs. They called before coming, showed up exactly as discussed. Very professional, and thorough. Adjusted all locks and plates. Lubricated all locks. Fantastic job.

I had such a great experience here! I had 3 key fobs that needed to be reprogrammed and Jacob got it done in less than 10 minutes. The price was also very affordable. Jacob even checked to make sure that all they manual keys were made up and when one wasn’t he made it right away. He was even able to make a new house key for me out of my wonky original key. Definitely recommend him and this place!
