Fantastic - everything you would want in a tradie/locksmith, Frank provides. Transparency in quoting, punctual, great communication, and when there was something extra that came up (from me, remembering something else that I needed to get fixed), he was able to help out.

Frank was absolutely fantastic. He arrived on time and made sure that we were covering all the locks in the house, he did such a thorough job! I can highly recommend Frank’s services after he came to my rescue tonight, after the front door lock at my Business failed to lock. Frank discussed the problem with me over the phone, with the aid of my photoes then rushed over all during a Covid Lockdown. I forgot to mention to Frank that this fire safe Clinic door, requires a commercial lock. Frank kindly sourced one, then drove from Fairfield to Coburg at 8.30pm to get the lock with no variation to my quote. Frank’s professionalism and courteous manner is excellent. Contacted Frank for a car and he was amazing! Quoted us a price, came within the hour on an evening and when it turned out the problem wasn’t what we thought, he charged less than quoted. He did a fabulous job and was honest that it was going to cost less, although we had agreed on the quoted price and would’ve made no fuss about it (we wouldn’t even have known it should cost less). Plus he is very professional and friendly. Really amazing service, would 100000% recommend!! I also took quotes several different places and his was among the cheapest.

Highly recommend Frank!! He went out of his way to come and fix my car ignition when I needed it done urgently! He fit me in as soon as he could.
