Plusrite bosses picked a winner with Katie the Administration girl, the best phone manner I have come across with any company I have rang so far in this industry!! She was helpful and genuinely friendly when I came in to buy lights for our office, lights are working well so far and would recommend buying from here, the guy in the warehouse was happy to help with suggestions for what he thought would be suitable to and spent the time to help instead of brushing me off.

Purchased the AU08-DL30W/W/S downlights with romote in October 2020 but only installed 3 weeks ago. They are great lights & the remote & setup are very easy to use. I Installed the new downlights as the existing downlights had power sockets in the ceiling space which meant that I could unplug my old ones & simply plug in the new ones. That was easy apart from having to enlarge the plaster hole size & make good. The amount of overall light & spread is great & the dimming works really well. I intend to buy more of these soon

Plusrite LED has provided 38off High Bay LED industrial lighting units to replace the old mercury vapour HB lights in our large Industrial complex at Darra, Queensland. What impressed us and our tenant was, the simple 5year full replacement warranty, the high efficacy 190 Lms/Watt and the pricing was competitive with other units offered.

Absolutely Brillant service, i ordered 4 x DL37-10-BT-01 down lights one morning and they were delivered the next day, no electrician if you have downlights already, my old ones had the same diameter so take old one out, plug new one in, the instructions are easy to follow when read correctly, they are so so bright and only 10 watts each. my old ones were 25 watts each, and it will be easy to dim down for movie watching or just switch them off. This would have to be one of the best companies i have dealt with , thouroughly reccomend them
