EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and staff liaison. I had an appointment scheduled that was cancelled due to Covid. Nobody contacted me to reschedule and when I finally got hold of staff I was informed that they're were no longer providing residential services, only the commercial government program as more lucrative $$$.

Terrible service. Poor reply to queries about product. Does not return customer calls. Only interested in commercial customers who they can fleece. Wish I read these reviews before wasting my time with Ecolight. I also learnt the price from a competitor for the same floodlight was $60 and they were trying to sell it for $160 + $40 postage. Yep!

What a waste of time.
I sent a query on 29 July about buying LED globes to replace the Ecolight ones at our home that had failed. No answer.
So I called and was told I could buy online at their ebay store or go down to their warehouse to buy them but the staff answering the phone could not give me a price. Checked ebay but their store didn't seem to carry the globes.
After one whole week without an answer to my email I drove to their warehouse today to try and buy them.
When I got there boy was I in for a surprise.
All I was told was 'we don't sell these globes anymore.' That was it. No 'sorry

If you like terrible after service, then you'll be more than happy to waste your money dealing with these jokers.
Lights that have been installed less than a year ago have gone faulty and they're suppose to last for 5 years. Still waiting for their so called customer service team to contact me to replace these after 3 weeks of contacting them to fix this issue. They don't care about you after the they got their money off you for supplying such poor products.
Very angry, would definately NOT recommend.
