Had some water damage from heavy rain to my floorboards and cupping. Vic came in and de cupped the floorboards and prevented mould from growing in the room. I have used him twice and can highly recommend him and his services that he provides.

We had a burst pipe which resulted in flooding of our home. Thank goodness I found Jena's Carpet Cleaning service. We got a very quick response and they had Vic come over very quickly to access the situation and start the clean up. After a very stressful morning we felt very relieved after being told what and how our problem was going to be solved. Vic and his team did an amazing job and when it was all completed it was like nothing ever happened. Can't recommend this company enough. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

We had 2 inches of water throughout the home as a result of a tap being knocked. We were at a loss as what to do other than mop and bucket and use towels, then we rang these guys and they were there within the hour. Our lifesavers, so professional with all the right gear and knowledge to solve the problem. It took over 5 days to get the moisture in the house structure back to normal. It was a relief to know we had got the right people involved. Today the builder came to assess the repairs and commented that the people we got to dry the home did a great job. Thank s Vic and team. My pet rabbit snuck out of his cage and went on a chewing spree and wrecked two corners of carpet in my rental house. I was so worried that I would lose my bond. Vick was so responsive and came out to fix the carpet within an hour of me calling him. He did a great job and it looks brand new. Ended up costing $200, so affordable! Vic was super professional, he helped us with a washing machine leak that had soaked into floating floorboards and plaster wall.

I had to fix a carpet to get my bond back. I was a bit scared to give the job to anyone as my bond depended on it. Found couple of companies and got quotes from them, one was crazy expensive and another one very cheap (bit dodgy). Both companies with great rating and reviews on their very good looking websites.
