Avoid like the plague!! If you want your carpet cleaned with nasty chemicals that will stain your carpet forever then he's your guy!
We had him come over to do an overall clean and work on some pet stains. The chemicals he used he said were toxic for pets so I could not let my dogs walk on the carpet for at least two days plus with their heads being close to the carpet meant they would be breathing fumes. I had to lock them in a separate room that was not carpet cleaned and pick them up to go outside.
