We were excited about the prospect of a pool designed by Burleigh Pools however, after council forms were submitted we discovered that an easement did not allow for our pool to go ahead. Burleigh Pools have since refused to refund us our full deposit. They originally offered us less than 10% of the deposit and after I disagreed, they offered us 25%. We were very disappointed with our dealings with Burleigh Pools and would not recommend them. We are now without our dream pool and thousands of dollars out pocket which took us months to resolve. We couldn't be more disappointed.

Zero star pool builder.I concur with all the negative reviews. They performed unlicensed plumbing whilst embedding the sewerage line into the concrete shell of the pool. The QBCC issued Burleigh pools / jw&mm haylock pty ltd with infringement notices for performing unlicensed plumbing. They failed to comply with a direction to rectify requiring QBCC insurance to deal with the matter. Please stay tuned as there is so much more to follow. If you have issues with this pool builder I suggest you immediately go through the QBCC and follow through with the entire process.

I am so pleased with the pool Burleigh Pools has built for us. The sales professionalism was by far the best of all that I had interviewed, Glenn worked with our design to get the maximum results. Once we selected them they got right to work taking care of everything and were extremely fast in completing each step with the right equipment. The project manager Trevor and Liz in the office were always contact with each step and all of the staff were very friendly to answer any of my questions. So pleased with the end result.
