Beware even if escape homes building near to your area. They were building behind our vacant lad. They put lots of building materials on my land without my knowledge. I have to called them May times to remove it from our land. The advise from their office was I have to be patient until they remove it and it may take time. The people who came to clear our land couldn’t do it because escape homes dumped their building material in our land. I had to pay them for their visit and escape home does not take any responsibility for it. The staff in the office is rude and arrogant.

Signed contract through H&L in October 2019 payed 10 k+ deposit for the house. It took 11 months to get building permit from May 2020 to April 2021 even though I had signed house and land package. while land next to me sold in 2020 January, built their house and moved in. I was told to start building within 21 days as building permit arrives, what so ever I accepted to move forward. It was delayed and dozens of reasons ready to be emailed. I understand there is some COVID reasons and some supplies disruptions but we have eyes and ears that we can see and hear that house are being built all around

A well named company, once you sign with them for a new home build and pay your deposit, they ESCAPE to who knows where? My son is caught up with them, they managed to pour a home slab in 12 months in Pinacle Estate Delacombe. Meanwhile houses surrounding his block have been started and completed. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST if you want a house constructed. THEY DON'T COMMUNICATE OR BUILD. Disgraceful attitude. 👎

Think twice about building with these Muppets. Their service overall was appauling towards the end of the build and one of my builds with them changed supervisor hands 3 times. Good luck trying to get repairs rectified after handover too. They're great at hand balling blame back to the customer just to avoid sending out their maintenance trades, even when your build is still under warranty. You've been warned!

Experience was great up until signing build contract, was advised house was booked in to start end of february. However we've experienced nothing but delays.
*site cut done 6th of may
*slab booked in 7th of june after waiting for the pods to arrive due to shortage - pods delivered on sight early June
*slab rescheduled for the 26th of june, again delayed
*7th of july, this week has been dry yet the slab hasn't been prepped or poured and no communication on when this has been rescheduled
*While this has happened the block behind us also being built by escape homes (approx same start build date

We signed up with Domenic from Central Property last year to build our turnkey investment property down in Geelong. Domenic was very helpful, professional and prompt during our consultation/planning phase. Even through Covid, we managed to work with Domenic to get the plans approved. Construction started in Oct 20. Escape Homes did the construction and we were lucky to have Damien as our site supervisor. Even though we did not meet very often, the office kept us informed of the progress weekly. Just wished they could be more flexible in scheduling meetings with supervisor. Otherwise, Damien did

Great work! Very happy with our first investment property. Thanks to Dean at Vic Turnkey Homes for helping up front, putting it all together and making the process easy , Billy for the attention to detail Supervising, and the regular updates from Stephanie. 6.5 months build time was little longer than expected, but Christmas did get in the way. The dishwasher had a dint in the door, but was replaced promptly. Can definitely recommend them.
