We offer a unique and outstanding Bond Cleaning guarantee: We guarantee our cleaning work for 4 working days from the day of the exit / bond clean. This guarantee covers all items on our checklist, which is included on the receipt on completion. If ending your lease, our guarantee is given to enable your agent to inspect the clean.

I am not one to do reviews but I feel obliged given how rude and disrespectful blossom were.
I booked blossom in for a bond clean for 3 days prior to tenants moving in via SMS with all dates, information, pricing and payment options listed.
After not arriving on time I called, only to find out she had made a mistake with her booking date. No apology was given.
Thankfully, she said would be still able to clean our house but would be starting late and mentioned I was to pay cash.
Having checked our prior conversations, which stated bank deposit was optional, I called back to let her know I would
