We are very happy with the work performed by the MDCC team. We have used them for a number of years and have never had any problems with their work. We have recently moved to a new office space and MDCC completed our exit clean at our previous office and are now continuing with weekly cleans at our new space.

Do not recommend this business, would give it no stars if I could is one of the worst cleaning companies we’ve ever used, they send along untrained students from overseas who are not up to the job, we complain several times to a rude inpatient woman called Julie who is the manager.
They sometimes send a supervisor out at night to inspect the site but when we looked on CCTV the supervisor who came Maria all she did was come in with a spray bottle and cloth and walked around five minutes and then went away and we never seen her again we were most disappointed in both Julie and Marie’s attitude

Used to work for this company as a cleaner This was a really hard job and it is not easy i was very stressed working for Julie the manager Was very intimidating expected too much The pay was not good I was afraid to say much because I thought I might lose my job I did not want to disappoint my family back in Columbia I did not speak good English so I felt like I was treated different I think there are good people out there to work for you just have to look around.

Julie and her fabulous team have been doing our offices and workshop for the past few years. They are always on time, diligent and do an exceptionally thorough job. I used MDCC with my last employment and decided to bring them onboard when I started with Swift Marine. MD have never let me down, and I love the follow up with supervisors every few weeks to see if I am happy with the job. I have never had a complaint yet! I recommend MDCC above all others.
