I had to chase Michael for a quote and it was received via text. It wasn’t very detailed and this is where my problems started. After the work was done I requested some photos as I live interstate. They were text through and very quickly afterwards the demands for payment started coming.
When I said I would like the tenant to check the work at the end of the day and send additional photos I was given the option of payment or the tree branches would be dumped back in my driveway.
I explained to Michael in our initial phone call that two neighbours were complaining about overhanging tree branches

Very professionally executed job. Kevin the Tree climber was amazing. It was a large tree with limbs over the neighbors properties and every bit of the tree landed on our lawn. There was restricted access and all of the 22 meter tree was taken through a side path. No mess afterword and the stump and exposed roots were grinded perfectly as well. Highly recommended.

All I can say is WOW! Michael, Coral, Kevin and team are the ones to hire. Fantastic skilled professionals. They took on a really big and complex job for us making safe some massive old gums trees in our backyard with huge dead branches directly overhanging our house in addition to removing some feral non-native trees from the yard. Honestly, it was amazing to watch the team methodically work. Incredible to see Kevin 'the climber' up top with the team down below on the ropes making sure all was safe. A magnificent job of clean-up was done, the trees look great and we can enjoy them worry free.

This operator and his partner attended to quote a very simple pruning job. The woman was lovely and complemented the garden and cat, the man kept trying to convince me to cut down the trees (easier job for him?), then left abruptly saying I would receive a quote and then did not follow up. Edit: now he has threatened legal action if I leave this review up.

Michael and his team removed a tree which was very close to our neighbours house and had Telstra cables right next to it. They were very careful and professional and brought down the tree without issue. Michael went above and beyond the call, by drilling down into the tree, so that we can poison it effectively. Very friendly and competitive price!

Michael and his crew were brilliant. He responded to my enquiry within minutes, visited the site and quoted the very next day and completed the job (as he said they would) about 4 days after that. They have some heavy duty equipment that quickly removed thick tree stumps once the trees had been cut back and then swiftly shredded x8 trees and dense shrubs with all waste removed from site. Would gladly use again.
