It is clear that Bruno does not want to give tax invoices. As seen by other reviewers, he will promise to give an invoice whilst avoiding the topic. Bruno was quite agitated when we asked for clarifications regarding the job. He told us that our job would be completed by the end of the week. One random day, he called at 6.20am and demanded for us to move all cars at the front of the house by 8am and give him payment. As there were no warnings provided, whatsoever, this was incredibly difficult for a shift worker to arrange, and for all the car owner's to be physically present to move their cars

The stump removal was prompt but after sales service is poor. As soon as the job was done, I received a text from Bruno to pay, which I did promptly. I rang at least 5 times for Bruno to send me a tax invoice but none was sent. Each time I rang he promised he would send to me but never did. I have given up ever receiving one.

We were impressed with Bruno and the whole team. They turned up to quote the day after we called them. They turned up a few days after that to remove the trees. They were on time. They didn't muck around. We left them to it and they got straight to work. Both trees were in an awkward spot over hanging an old shed and a couple of other structures but they got them down with no damage to anything. God knows how! Job well done. We would recommend them to anyone wanting tree removal.

Bruno together with his team of Marcus and Tom absolutely know what they are doing. They lopped and trimmed a number of trees on our property including one in a very difficult location. Their attention to detail in scoping the works, carrying these out and even the clean up is absolutely impeccable. They treated not only our property and improvements with respect and care, but likewise that of our neighbour upon whose property they dropped cuttings and accessed to remove these and clean up. On top of this, they are great guys! There is a lot to recommend about these guys and their work.

Quote was higher than others received but accepted as Bruno told me sections would be roped down to avoid damage to surrounding areas some of which we did clear - DIDN’T HAPPEN, everything was dropped and other plants were damaged - apparently this is to be expected (when the job is not carried out as agreed). We were left with chipped bluestone edging on the verandah and cracked pavers and site only partially cleaned. Members of the crew were rude and disrespectful to me and our property and operated in a dangerous manner…If standing on a wobbly stump using a chainsaw above your head

Great service. The crew arrived right on time, they got straight into the job after consulting with me about the job of trimming one big tree and removing an old, dying bottlebrush tree and its stump. They assessed the safety issues, worked quickly, did the job, cleaned up, and were off after a final consultation. The crew were polite, informative and positive about their work. Very satisfied.
