Good old fashioned customer service. It was refreshing to have someone who took an interest in my personal situation and was skilled enough to provide a customised solution just for me. I was also impressed by the after sales service where Graeme was able to diagnose and troubleshoot setup issues and patiently walk me through the solutions. You can't even get most gate companies to talk to you on the phone.

Very disappointing service and communication, we use gatehouse last year to install a Commercial gate, from the day it was installed we had terrible problems even the guy fitting the gate couldn’t do it the first time and then Once fitted it’s been endless problems and now we have been left with a doggy gate that needs Constant repair and as a not for profit organisation we currently do not have the funds to replace it .
In a whole this experience has been shocking, we have Made numerous attempts via phone and email to get this fixed and was promised somebody would come out and look at it
