Cable Gate is fully guaranteed for 12 months from installation. However, sometimes driver inattention means your Cable Gate is damaged and your security is compromised. Due to its modular design Cable Gate is easily repaired. Repairs can be carried out on site or at our workshop and we provide mostly same day repair service ensuring your premises remains secure.

Terrible customer service. Why have a contact request when you have no intentions of contacting the customer? I’ve tried twice over the last 3 months with no luck. I understand covid-19 is causing issues, but 3 months should be more than enough time to reply back to a customer.

Poor product design and even worse customer support. Yes, you will get to talk to a human, but that human will have no clue what they are doing and anyone higher up with the knowledge to help will be to "swamped" to assist you! After 3 weeks of swapping parts and trying the same things over and over the device still wouldn't work reliably and there was no concern from Viking (Elika) that this was causing sever down time for the client and forcing the integrator to continually come onsite to try the same things again. **FYI Viking and Elika are the same company.

Viking Access has the best operators money can buy. The G5 operator can work for years if properly maintained.
