I have been very impressed with Energy Partners throughout the whole acquisition of my solar system. Jay was very thorough in the initial stages, he provided a thorough quote with personalised details and spent a lot of time explaining the finer points. EP’s installation team were professional and friendly. They did a very good job installing the system on a tricky house. EP’s customer service and after sales care has also been excellent.

We were quite sceptical of any Solar Panel company having some bad experiences with the quoting stage - so we dropped it. Then Jason and the team at Energy Partners were recommended to us by family who spoke highly of them. And with good reason - we have found Jason and all the team to be hardworking, honest and reliable, such a stress free process for us. From start to finish it was a great job. Blake turned up when he said he would and explained our options. He was very courteous and kept us informed of the whole process and Jason and the guys kept us in the loop during and after installation. The guys were brilliant, very professional but had a bit of fun playing with our dog Milo during their break. Very tidy and super efficient and a great price as well.

After meeting with Jason and Andrew over purchasing a system, they were very honest, answered questions, offered solutions and explained what to expect with each system. They had a proposed design already done up for my household. I ended up purchasing a 7.8 kW system with 26 panels and a solaredge monitoring system and I must say I'm very happy with the end product.
Had it fully installed within 2 weeks of the agreement. Awesome/honest customer service and product, i highly recommend Energy Partners.
