Arranged the solar system with them, everything worked very well, and salesperson even called me after 6 PM to help follow up, which we appreciated.
HOWEVER, things changed after they came to my place.
They tried to do the installation and told me my roof tiles had some quality issue; tiles kept breaking into pieces once they step on them. They said they wouldn't be able to do the rest job; told me all the tiles would smash during the installation, and I will face the leakage problem later.
(they used the spare tile to do the replacement for me)
I trusted their words and spent time and money

Great experience dealing with Ever Power Solar. Good service and good pricing. The installation team were quick and efficient. The system was up and running within 5 hours and I enjoyed seeing the power meeting spin backwards for the first time. The Shine Phone app connects via WiFi with no problems and provides good data on power savings. Overall I highly recommend EPS.

If you're reading this I emplore you to avoid this company, and read between the lines on the other reviews here - they are clearly paid by the company with obvious spelling errors that prove it. The company responds to you in the same way and wording.
This company has an Australian phone number that routes all calls to overseas sales etc. It appears to be "legit". They get you to pay a small deposit quickly citing it is refundable, and quote you for cheaper parts at prices you can get better quality for elsewhere from local family solar mobs without hassle. Dishonest, deceatful company that should not be allowed to trade. Entered into a legal binding agreement to proceed with a Solar PV system. After a month of sending emails to Tony at Brisbane office along for information about when my solar PV installation was going to occur and receiving no response for weeks.
Finally receive a message on my phone that there will be an additional $ 650 installation fee on top of the quote and contract price. No logical reason for the sudden price increase at the 11th hour.
Do not trust this company, you have been warned.

Recently had Ever Power Solar install a 6.6kW system. Very competitively priced and the whole process from order to installation was easy, hassle free and as promised. Recent bill estimation from Origin suggests our now next bill will be $340 compared to $850 last year. Have recommended Ever Power Solar to friends who had a similar experience.
