Wow we just got our garage door and it looks amazing!!! I dont normally write reviews but this job deserves it. From the moment we enquired we were greated by lovely staff the quote was a breeze & great price as we live close to the water we wanted something that was going to last installation was great the final product we are so happy with we can not thank you enough. Drew, one of their technicians, came in to replace the motor of my garage door. He has been very professional and helpful, answering my numerous questions even though he was soaking wet due to the pouring rain. I would highly recommend his services. He has been quite nice as well with my little ones wandering about and asking kid's questions. Thanks to him for getting out of his way to give us a good experience.

I had a call out from East Coast Garage Doors & gates, and was very unimpressed. The serviceman managed to not only drop the motor onto the concrete, but also nearly dropped the entire door. Luckily I was home to help hold it up. When the door dropped it also smashed the power point fitting off the wall. There was no suggestion of the tech replacing this, so I arranged for another company to come fix it and charge East Coast.
2-3 months later, same problem again with the door sticking, and was told when I requested another call out that I would have to pay again as it was the doors fault, not

East Coast Garage Doors & Gates were engaged to replace a number of garage doors that were damaged at The Village Sippy Downs after the hail storm last year.
The whole process went very smoothly with Dave King and Jay being very professional when dealing with the tenants during the install process.
We would certainly recommend East Coast Garage Doors & Gates if you need to replace a large number of garage doors at the one time.

The service offered by East Coast Garage Doors was extremely professional .... right from the phone call fixing the appointment for the repair, to the provision by Karin of detailed instructions for overriding the fault in the meantime, to Jay, the technician’s, visit onsite.
I was not able to meet with Jay as I was undertakng a personal, silent retreat at my home. However, he read my note about the problem, and then proceeded to fix the door quietly, efficiently and quickly, leaving a detailed list of repairs under my front door mat when he had finished.
All in all a pleasant and professional

When one of our cables snapped at 6pm, leaving both cars stuck in the garage and the door hanging at a precarious angle we thought we'd be in for a sleepless night of worry. Instead we used the out of hours number and Jon was with us within 40 minutes. Unphased by having to crawl through the 2 foot gap under the door, ladder and all, he had the job done within 30 minutes.Great service from a highly competent technician with a great attitude. Highly recommended.

We had a new roller door installed and had nothing but the best of service and communication throughout.
Ian was prompt, polite, profession and very well personally presented.
He took time to explain the costs and workings of the door and gave a us a quote and date for delivery.
Steve was most helpful and arranged the time for installation.
