We found Coastal Auto Doors and Gates to be very unprofessional. We had issues with our garage door not long after installation. When the owner of the business came out to fix it, he had such a bad attitude. When I greeted him, he couldnt even say hello. He continued to be incredibly rude. When I called him on his attitude he said he wasn't giving me attitude, as he walked back to his van muttering under his breath. Really uncalled for behaviour. We flip houses and replace garage doors on most renovations. When we find good trades who are professional and easy to work with, we use them on project

What an absolute STAR. The spring snapped in half on our panel lift door. I called Kerran just after 5pm and he was at our home by 5.30pm. An hour later both springs were replaced, he carried out a full service on our door and left it in perfect working order. Thanks Kerran for a great job. Highly Recommend.

Our experience of dealing with Coastal Auto Doors and Gates was an unpleasant one. We had some issues with the workmanship and found the owner Kerran to be rude and obnoxious in our interactions. It does not take a lot of effort to use manners when dealing with people. Customers will ultimately vote with their feet when they receive this kind of service (or lack of!) Really disappointing!

Excellent service! Prompt & efficient. Dave arrived on time & within 2 hours of being called to fix a broken hinge on our garage door. He explained everything he needed to do & didnt do anything that was not required. This is the second time we have used this company & will not hesitate to use them again. Actually, we are looking to get a quote to put a motor on our front gate. Invoice was emailed promptly & itemized to show the work carried out.

We would like to give Kerryn and his staff 5 stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for their courtesy, promptness, truthfulness and thoroughness in repairing our electric gate. Previous installers of our gate gave us unsatisfactory, misleading information and high quotes when our gate needed repair. Outstanding response! Had an issue with another company who tried to take me for $620 but after recommendations to Coastal Auto Doors & Gates these guys solved the issue over the phone and where prepared to call out at short notice if needed. Was a $1.50 fuse! These guys are amazing and trustworthy. Highly recomended! Thank you!
