Spent over half a million just on the basic build.. they started building before we even saw let alone approved a plan and to check it was correct and went down hill from there.. Missing windows, stair case wrong way around, shower screens done incorrectly,and wrong slope of bathroom floors had to put a drop ceiling in garage to handle plumbing design issues so I can't get my boat out the back yard two interior walls are so crooked you can see the bend in them from across the room. Took about four years for council approval. Never got a defect list when house was completed and none of my issues
