Just moved into our new (previously tenanted) apartment and requested service and clean, from booking to servicing staff were friendly, helpful, tidy and kept us updated on small unavoidable time delay. Gave realistic advise on possibility of upgrades so wouldn't waste money. I will use this company in the future.

We've asked them to just fill up the gas in the fridge which has small leaking and required fill up the gas in every once year when the tempture arise but, the technician changed all parts without any permision, and charged the price we can buy the second hand fridge. He insists we don'y warry simmilar issue every even after year by that but, it's happen straight after within 2 months and charge again extra, insisted there is caused by different part and the same issue again within 1 month on last week. The technician again insists the issue from different part and still going to charge.

Poor service experience. Nothing resolved. Technician had no intention of doing anything meaningful on the day and we were bumped again on appointment made for the next day. No hesitation in billing us for time despite zero value being delivered.
There were a number of things that the Tech did to ensure there was no way he could add any value on the day. It was evident earlier in the afternoon that he didn’t want to come and in the end should not of bothered as there was no time for him to add any value given his knock off time. I would have explained these things, but your people were uninterested

These people are great. We have been in business on Tamborine Mountain for 16 years and struggled to find a reliable refrigeration mechanic - there are a lot of cowboys out there.
