A /C not blowing cold air. Think it was Freon. Service guy came in check more things than other service companies do. Found a wire in the that was bad and the breakers was only pulling 120 volt instead of 220. Good catch !!!

I have been dealing with this company for a few years now & I am very well pleased with everything about them. They are so professional & friendly at the same time. All their technicians are very well mannered & respectful. They are respectfully & professionally dressed, which I really appreciate. They do a great job with my maintenance work on my units. Mike from Nicks is a great technician. He recently did some work on my unit. He explained everything in layman’s terms.
I just had to call Nicks for some follow up work, ( that I expected) Mike had everything documented and will be returning for the follow-up work.
No waiting on parts. He had them ordered- just in case.

My a/c was running constantly but the house was getting hotter. The Nick’s team got me back up and running in no time. They gave me honest feedback and service with a smile. After they fixed it, they even stayed and waited to make sure my system was working properly and my house was cooling back down. Then, I even got a personal follow up from ownership the following day. They will be my only call with any future needs.
