We had gate and a sliding gate installed by another company and it was lets just say sub standard. We called Western Automate and what they have created for us from the mess we had is better than anything we could have imagined.

After a great deal of research and talking to several companies we went with Western Automate because they were able to offer a “complete service” . We chose an electric sliding gate so needed power connection and most companies wanted you to get your own electrician with a variety of prices quoted for that part of the job.
From start to finish we were very impressed with all the staff we dealt with ..office staff , tradespeople , staff who came out to inspect and quote , concreter etc .

I was very impressed with the communication through the whole process; from quotation, design, and installation. All the team I dealt with were excellent at their job and professionals. I am very happy with how the installation went; we had to move the gate to a slight different position. It looks like it was there for years. Really happy with the results and now matches well with the front automate vehicle gate that Western Automate also installed about 3 years ago.
