Multiple visits and gate still not working . Unreliable with calls and callouts plus rude servicemen . Our gate has broken down multiple times over the years even after buying a new motor . No answer for simple questions and we are told it is fixed then gate works once and we are back to square one . Getting beyond the pale .

Absolutely terrible. Useless communication internally within the business, staff with little to no knowledge, delay after delay. Impossible to do business with. Almost everything they have touched has failed or continued to be problematic. From equipment that operated without issue for many years to constant headaches. Steer clear.
