I have dealt with many business but Plum Heating and Cooling would have to be the best. I had a replacement ducted heating and evaporative cooling done and from the very start from the receptionist to the sales manager and his team they were extremely helpful. However l must say that Nhan who installed my heating and cooling is an absolute gem. Always on time and the job he did was very professional. Nothing was too much trouble and he never cut corners. Plum Heating and Cooling, or Plum Trade Services, as they have rebranded recently are the most thorough and professional business I have come across - right from Customer Service through all their departments to Installation!
I am not sure if they are the cheapest but your work will be done on time, with no mucking around and for that fact alone I recommend them!

We had our ducted air conditioning and heating serviced today and Shiva was incredible. Super friendly and let me know what he was doing when he was doing it. We also received hints and tips of how best to run our system and how often to clean etc.
