Rang this business today, locked myself out of office and only way in was through the window. Answered phone straight away, even though had a really busy day ahead of him, he fitted me in and did a great job. Was so thankful and appreciative of his professionalism, arriving on time, doing a great job, and responding to a person in desperate need as had no access to money, phone, computer or work requirements.
