The man that fixed our window was great but we had another window that was also cracked and we wanted it fixed considering that the guy was already at ours but when we rung the office the person at that answered the phone was rude and the call out fee was only $20.
So to fix another window would've been double the amount minus $20 for a call out fee.
When asked if there's anything they can do to help because we have a concession card and it is tough times for everyone atm yet the response we got from the office was rude and abrupt.
Quite disappointed to be honest.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star to be given. Their customer service is awful especially having a grumpy old woman at the front desk who actually yeils at customers! She was absolutely rude and disrespectful. She doesn't listen to customer's needs, instead she forces customers to listen and accept her stupid ideas.

Well l could not have found more efficient reliable professional boys if tried. Delighted with their professionalism and eagerness to help. So fast same day service. Took shoes off even though l asked them not to. To top it off the job was done 90 dollars cheaper than my other quote. Cleaned beautiful Budget does not mean lack of service obviously.
