I approached Tony about an issue with one Lead Crystal battery that was one of two I have in my Van.
He was just fantastic the way he went about looking at what was wrong and providing a solution.
He replaced both of the batteries, even though only one was suspected of not being up to scratch.
This is 2 and a half years into a 3 year warranty period for both batteries.
I didn't have to pressure him or have to push the issue. I was treated incredibly fairly and was left with a really good experience when I was presuming it would be hard work to get anywhere when I first approached Alpha.
