We are an Australia-wide service covering all areas - Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Darwin and everywhere in between. All consultations are conducted remotely where you share photographs, plans (if available) and details about your home via email/Dropbox/Google Drive etc. From there, we have a thorough briefing process to ensure we understand everything about your home and what you're hoping to achieve with it.

Jane was able to convert our jumbled ideas to a stunning exterior design of the house and front garden with a few optional but completed ideas thrown in. We were blown away and have taken the design to our builder and are now in the process

Our house was the ugly duckling of the street. We had an architect draw up renovation plans but although functional, the face was still one only a mother would love, and above our budget. We purchased a house that was built in the 90’s that look like it had been built in the 80’s but had great bones being double brick, and all other aspects of the property were ideal for us except the façade! Along with a draftsman we were able to work on our extension and changing the existing floor plan. We completed this process, but my husband and I still couldn’t visualize how we could overhaul the exterior of the house and were at a total loss going around in circles with various ‘interior’ designers. We recently purchased an old 80’s brick house and were stumped as to how to renovate the front facade. We contacted Jane and her team at Hotspace and after a few phone calls and sending through photos of the house, we were amazed with the transformation they came up with (from the other side of the country having never seen the house in the flesh!). They listened to our ideas and what styles we liked and worked them into the design as well as some other features we would never have been able to come up with. I was tired on my dull grey exterior. I contacted Jane at Hotspace, her & her team provided a very detailed and concise renovation plan. They researched my local area and discussed likes & dislikes all through the process. I think the design is fabulous and modern. I live in an area that requires body corporate approval. I just forwarded the plans & everything was approved quickly with no questions asked.

Jane was awesome with our house plan, and came up with an amazing facade design for our house. She was very understanding and very patient, listened to our ideas and came up with a beautiful design.
