The standard property report is done in accordance with Australian Standards A.S. 4349. We also provide additional information regarding property monitoring to help prevent deterioration of your asset. A comprehensively detailed report is provided to ensure you receive all the relavent details that you require such as repairs required, problems encountered, documents to support findings and pictures can be supplied.
This building is the fifth construction project completed for my company but the first time that we have been totally satisfied with the quality of work done by a builder.
