Our pool now looks amazing. Grant and his team have done a wonderful job repairing and restoring our tired 70''s Marblesheen pool. This was achieved despite Covid lock down and a two week ban on construction work. The teams attention to detail during repairs and reconstruction was very professional. We were kept fully informed throughout the process The Tiling and Bedecrete are excellent and we are delighted and cannot wait for summer to use our ""Resort"" pool.

I've had 2 notable bad dealings with this business
1. Had them look at a filter issue I was having. They told me my filter was so old they wouldn't be able to source the parts needed to repair it and it needed to be replaced at a cost of $2500. I had another company look at it and they sourced the needed parts that day and more for a cost of less than $400.
2. Took my Zodiac robotic cleaner for them to look at the error message on the control panel. They told me nothing wrong with it according to their diagnostics machine but needs a tune up kit a total cost of $290. I gave them the go ahead

Recommend Grant and his team all day. They took a complicated pool fix (Full Bead-Crete Re-Render with new lights, filter change and salt conversion) and made it simple.
Took a little longer than expected due to weather but this couldn't be helped and the the job turned out fantastic - extremely pleased. Don't go anywhere else this is the firm to hire!!!

We have recently had our pool painted by Grant and his team. Cannot recommend them highly enough. A highly professional company that ensures their customers are informed at every stage and hence calm throughout the process. Being new to pool owning, they have assisted in pool maintenance and respond very quickly to our calls for guidance. Thanks Peninsula Pools for allowing us to enjoy having a pool.

Basically promised that my salt cell would be fixed (a week out from when they first said they would do it) before Australia day by the guy himself on the phone, came home at 6:30 on the Thursday and the job isn't done. No phone call to explain anything, nothing. Texted and called the guy, not responding. Terrible customer service.
