While my husband was away at work I called and asked someone to come out and see if we could fix my air con as it wasn't turning on, he came out said it was too old to get parts. A new one would cost 3200 or ducting 9k. Just spent 1k on a second hand one, husband currently installing had a look at the old one for 5 mins and it was switched off outside.... not impressed. If I knew there was a switch out there I would have looked myself.

Our Brivis aircon broke down on a Friday. Gaurang came around on Saturday diagnosed the fault and repaired it same day. We were very impressed with his work and will definitely use Proper air conditioning again

Proper Air conditioning was like a breath of warm fresh air!! After being let down by other local air cond businesses he arrived promptly & was thorough in his diagnosis of our Air Conditioner. Thanks to the drone last week. After explaining the problem we decided to have a new on installed which he quoted on. So again phoned before he came and arrived on time. Installed the new air cond. Left the place neat and clean. Would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again. Once again our home is lovely and warm. Thank you very much

I really enjoyed working with Gaurang and his electrician. My mum came over for the install and couldn't stop raving about how thorough he was (she was so impressed that she's getting him to fix their ducted aircon).
He's a solution man not a no man. I like that. I especially like that he lined up my air-con unit with the top of my roman blind, it's not something I thought of, but really helped with the aesthetics of the house.
I can't lie, I was a little dubious at the start because his price was super competitive, but I shouldn't have been. I'm really really happy. Thanks again.

Hi I highly recommend Proper air conditioning company , I have had this company a few times now come out to re program my air con unit due to not receiving a manual book when I brought my home . The owner himself has been out and re programmed as well as the zones as there was no air in the bedrooms . He spent over 2 hours and rectified the issue so the zones are now running.
I certainly would highly recommend thus company they are very professional great service short notice no job is to small . Excellent wouldn't use any other company .. Kinda Regards Barb Morrison
