Ford and Doonan recently replaced my aging single AC which serviced both my home and AirBnB with 2 separate units. It was an awkward install due to limited access. From the quoting stage to final hand over I congratulate F&D for their professionalism, product knowledge, workmanship and communication. In every aspect F&D and in particular the Project Manager, Richard Allen, exceeded my expectations. Given the difficulty of the install the process was painless and prompt. My home was left tidy with a lot less impact on ceilings etc than I was expecting. And the new AC works brilliantly and is QUIET

Recent service on my ducted reverse-cycle system and follow up email to Ford and Doonan to acknowledge complete customer satisfaction with the service and technician Danny. Confirmation phone call prior to arrival, Danny arrived on time, was pleasant and friendly, explained a few points about temperature settings, the zones and the unit itself that I was not aware of, and all delivered professionally and courteously. Danny certainly knows his trade well and it was a pleasure to have him in my home. Well done Ford and Doonan!

So far when have had our consultation as we are building and wanted to upgrade our package that would be more suitable to our needs.
We went with Karen, who was very organised and able to answer any of our questions in person or through email promptly.

I just had Sam come and do a service and some repair work on my system. I have been a senior manager in the corporate world for over 39 years and Sam today displayed some of the best customer service I have ever seen.

The service was amazing. To start with, the technician that gave the design and quote was timely and helpful. The unit they provided is perfect for the space. Secondly, the installers came on time, were very efficient, and cleaned up perfectly after themselves. We were offered more than one opportunity to make aesthetic decisions and the technician and installers came up with suggestions themselves. Finally, Ford and Doonan sent the receipts and warranty and put us on their calendar for regular servicing immediately and the whole process from start to finish was quick and beyond satisfactory. I
